Elephant Park
J&J have undertaken major works to the Elephant Park site, providing residential sprinkler protection and riser systems to three plots.
Our works included:
Plot 2 – residential sprinkler system, wet riser and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
Plot 3 – wet and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
Plot 5 – residential sprinkler system, wet riser and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
Brief
J&J was contracted to undertake the design, installation and commissioning of new sprinkler protection and riser sytems to the following:
- Plot 2 – residential sprinkler system, wet riser and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
- Plot 3 – wet and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
- Plot 5 – residential sprinkler system, wet riser and dry risers designed and installed by J&J.
What we did
- Wet Riser with water supplies complying with BS9990 to plots 2, 3 and 5.
- Dry Riser installations complying with BS9990 to plots 2, 3 and 5.
- Residential sprinkler protection to all apartments complying with BS9251 in plots 2 and 5.
